3. Wheels


	Beautiful Perfomance Machine front and rear wheels feature floating dual disc brake plates.

	The wide small diameter tire rear tire is an Indy Light series racing front tire. We want an absolute minimum diameter to keep the jet thrust flow losses to a minimum. It costs energy to bend the flow UP, then to straighten it out again. The F-18 Jet Bike is accelerated by pure thrust only. There is NO chain or belt drive, so we can also incorporate dual disc brakes on each side of the rear tire. We are really happy with the stiff, innovative and easy-to-remove swing arm that Chip Bassett fabricated.
