7. Front Fairing Development

F-18 front fairing mockup. Team stylist, Len Stobar, used Foam Core and a hot melt gun to establish the external configuration, the handle bar left and right clearances, and the fairing attachment points.  Canopy visibility requirements are being checked by Bob.

Hector holds the fiberglass nose cone (built by Len) in place as Chip and Bob discuss the bubble canopy positioning.
