The Right Hand Guard is carved and sanded from foam blocks as before. |

Special care must be taken to insure
the right side is an exact three dimensional mirror image of the
original left side. |
| Again, one layer of glass cloth, one layer of mat glass and a final cloth layer are used to create the structural part. Note unresined cloth and mat fabric overhang. | |

|
A jigsaw is used to trim the back excess off the hand guard. |
