Step 8:

Solve two potential problems:

1. Won't this continuous procession of Mini Robot Kiddy Trains TOTALLY BLOCK automobile traffic from ever getting across the tracks?

2. Won't an accident between a Mini Robot Kiddy Train vehicle and a car totally destroy the Mini occupants (unlike a beefy Light Rail, which just plows through cars like butter)?

The SOLUTION is to ELEVATE all the Mini Robot Kiddy Train traffic up above all surface traffic and TOTALLY ELIMINATE such problems.

In addition:

A. The structure to safely support these MINISCULE vehicles will cost considerably less than what would be required to support 80,000 pound fully loaded tractor-trailer rigs OR an empty 218,000 pound "Light" Rail.

B. This small, light structure could be placed anywhere - above existing sidewalks or more simply attached to existing buildings.  This is very important because it means it would not  need to takeover existing roadways used daily by automobiles (as does Light Rail).  No expensive Right-of-Way acquisitions required AND no long drawn out, expensive, consultant heavy, planning approval meetings required.

C. Lastly, engineer it to be a simple, straight forward Tinker Toy modular system so that it can be erected super fast with minimum neighborhood interference - unlike new roads or Light Rail installations which can consume years of time from start to finish and full operation.
